I just read the first book and this series and found it underwhelming. It’s a strange world that contains a mix of a Western, post-apocalyptic zombie movie, and lots of pseudo-religious, good vs evil nonsense. The characters were flat, and the book jumps around a whole lot, so I had trouble paying attention to it. Not sure I’m going to read the next one in the series.
