Review: The Rage of Dragons by Evan Winter

The good

• Interesting story of vengeance and sacrifice.

• Starts very slow, but picks up pace, and towards the end, is very hard to put down

• Lots of great action and battles.

• Interesting new fantasy world.

The not so good

• The beginning is… rough. It throws a lot at you at once, including lots of hard-to-remember names/terms, and I was close to giving up… But I stuck it out, and once I got used to it, it got much better.

• The characters could be better developed if the book spent a tiny bit more time on dialog, banter, jokes, etc. and a tiny bit less time on battles.
