'Darkness, Take My Hand' by Dennis Lehane
'Darkness, Take My Hand' by Dennis Lehane

The good

  • Kenzie and Gennaro are back.

  • More interesting private detective work.

  • The Boston setting is back, which is Lehane’s specialty.

  • Some decent suspense, action, etc.

The not so good

  • At times, unnecessarily violent / gory.

  • A bit of an odd ending. It mostly works, but I’m curious how it’ll carry over into the rest of this series.
