The good
-
Interesting setting: a school for gift kids, both in the present day, plus flashbacks to the same school in the 1930s.
-
Decent murder mystery, decent deduction work.
-
Decent characters.
The not so good
-
It’s a Young Adult book, so it has the usual high school angst mixed in.
-
Ends on a cliff hanger without resolving the central mystery.
