A fun parody of Star Trek that clearly loves the source material. In some ways, it feels like Galaxy Question, but in book form.

Occasionally genuinely funny.

Fun characters and good dialog.

Surprisingly touching ending (especially the epilogues).
The not so good

Sometimes funny, but sometimes just silly.

On the whole, Galaxy Quest is a more thorough and funnier parody.
