The good
-
Intriguing, mysterious premise that draws you in. It’s often hard to put the book down.
-
Fun combination of action, suspense, horror, and science.
-
Decent ending.
The not so good
- The characters are more fleshed out than other Crichton books I’ve read, but still fairly flat, and just as with other Crichton books, they don’t react to the crazy situation they are in like normal people would.
