I'm passionate about health & fitness and spend a lot of time training using
Crossfit methodologies. The goal of Crossfit is to
develop "General Physical Preparedness" (GPP) or proficiency in the 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance,
stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. In this spirit, Crossfit workouts
combine a little bit of everything: power lifting, olympic lifting, kettlebells, gymnastics, calisthenics, plyometrics,
running, rowing, climbing, jumping and more. Crossfit is the most intense, varied, effective and addictive form
of exercise I've ever done. I track all my workouts in my workout journal. For more info, check out the
